Nancy Rateau Obituary
Nancy A. Rateau, 87, of Eustis, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025. Born in Bronwood, Georgia, she moved to Eustis in 1948. She worked in the banking industry for First State Bank, First Atlantic Bank, First Union and Wachovia all of Eustis until her retirement. Nancy is survived by her husband of 66 years, Angus Rateau of Eustis, FL; daughter, Dawn Allison Rateau of Eustis, FL; brother, James Saunders of Orlando, FL; 2 sisters, Dawn Yarbrough of Mount Dora, FL and Frances (Robert) Hinson of Ocala, FL; as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son, David Edward Rateau; siblings, Tom, Joe Murray and Mary. Nancy will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL.
