Nancy Louise Rowe, 88, of Grand Island, passed away Friday, February 14, 2025. Born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, she moved to Grand Island in 2006 with her late husband Charles, coming from Sarasota, Florida. She was a Nurse and was a very active member of Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis. Nancy loved fishing and was also a very good car mechanic. Nancy's family includes her 5 sons, Robert Widick, Raymond (Kathy) Widick, Ronald (Fran) Widick, Roger Widick, Richard Widick; 2 daughters, Carol Beard-Dec., Linda Hill; 2 step-sons, Charles Rowe, Jr.-Dec., Robert Lucas; 2 step-daughters, Pamela Norman, Darlene Metzger; 6 brothers, Gary (Kathy) Hiatt, Jim (LaVonne) Skadal, Dan (Dori) Skadal, Kevin (Connie) Hiatt, Doug (Tina) Hiatt, Randy Hiatt; 5 sisters, Georgene (Tom-Dec.) Harkrider, Candy (Gary) O'Toole, Karen (Bob) Hardick, Barbara (Jim-Dec.) Foust, Denise (Jim-Dec.) Dull-Dec.; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Services will be held at Bay Street Baptist Church, Eustis on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 with a celebration of life reception being held at the church after the interment. The family will receive friends at the Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis on Sunday evening, February 23, 2025 from 5:00 till 7:00 PM. Flowers are accepted, or memorial donations may be made in Nancy's name to Bay Street Baptist Church, 37181 SR 19, Umatilla, FL 32784.
