I had the privilege of working with Nancy at the WVDOT for 30+ yrs; but more importantly it was our friendship that I cherish. Nancy was smart, an asset to the Highway Division but it was her unique sense of humor and quick witt that attributed to much laughter when she, Trish and I were together. We spent time together outside the office i.e. Nashville, Myrtle Beach, and Wheeling to name a few places we vacationed. I love you, Nance! Go rest in the arms of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I'll see ya on the other side of Jordan.

It's been a long hard journey! Now it's time to rest in peace with our Heavenly Father! We will miss you and remember you always! Say Hi to Richard for me! Love you! Arminta
