Nancy Scheller, age 81, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 12, 2024 at St. Michaels the Archangel Catholic Church with Father David Kennedy and Father Julian Ibemere officiating.
Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m.at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with a Rosary beginning at 7 p.m.
The family will also receive friends on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of Mass at the church.
Nancy entered this life on May 28, 1943, in Lloydell, Pennsylvania, to the late Mary Elizabeth Hunter Kozar and Mike Kozar. She was a devoted Catholic and a member of St. Micahels the Archangel Catholic Church. Nancy had served in The United States Women Army Corp and was a proud and supportive Army wife to her late husband, Albert. She also formerly managed a Hallmark store and worked at T.J. Max.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Albert “Big Al” Thomas Scheller; daughter, Robyn Theresa Scheller, and in-laws, Thomas Albert Scheller, Caroline Scheller.
Survivors include her son, Paul Allan Scheller; grandchild, Clay Michael Scheller; sister, Anna-Marie Brence; nieces, Barb, Maria, and Susan; nephews, Billy, David, and Mike. Nancy also leaves behind Gayla Stewart, whom she looked at as a daughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 448 State Line Road, Oak Grove, KY 42262.
