Nancy Ann Swartz, age 85, passed away at 8:55 am on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the Portland Place Assisted Living Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
Nancy was born on October 9, 1938, in Upper Sandusky, to Clarence and Olivene Larick. She was married to Marion Swartz and he proceeded her in death.
Nancy is survived by her son Kevin Swartz of Port Clinton, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marion Swartz, two daughters: Lisa Swartz and Kelly Cornell, and her parents.
Nancy graduated from Upper Sandusky High School. She worked for the Department of Mental health in Michigan for many years, and then the Department of Corrections in Florida.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Nancy was a patient of mine, one of my favorites! I would always bring her small treats when I would see her and seeing her always brought me pure joy! She was very funny and I will miss her terribly. I am honored to have met her!
