Today we celebrate the vivacious life of Nancy “Nanci” L. Walker (St. Onge), who passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Nancy was born on October 26, 1949, in Lowell, MA and mostly recently settled in Grafton, NH with her husband of 19 years, Robert Walker.
Nancy enjoyed the beach, knitting, gardening, cooking, camping, and fishing. She was an avid reader and could spend hours doing so. She loved the holidays and any excuse to celebrate with her family, which was her pride and joy. She had quite the sweet tooth and was always compelled to share her love for sweets with everyone. After all, who doesn’t like dessert for breakfast?
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Walker and her brother James and his wife Susan St. Onge. She continues on through her 3 children, Thomas Johnson, Jennifer (Joseph) Swartzentruber (Rosen), and Jeffrey (Mindy) Rosen, as well as her 3 bonus children, Tanya (Daniel) Tarbell (Walker), Patrick (Miranda) Walker, and Katrina (Isaac) Walker, and her beloved cats, Keela and Luna(r). Nancy also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, bonus grandchildren, and a great-grandchild on the way.
ARRANGEMENTS: Nancy forged her own path and traditions, so in lieu of formal services, a Visitation will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 172 King St., Boscawen, NH, on Tuesday, October 29 from 4:00 to 7:00P.M.
