Nancy and I met in the first grade at Woodley Hills Elementary. We were Brownies, and Girl Scouts and went to camp together. I saw here last at our Mount Vernon High School Reunion. She was the same friendly, kindhearted, thoughtful person she had always been. She was very popular in schoolalways surrounded with many friends. We reminisced about how our mothers had been such good friends. As young girls we spent many weekends taking the bus to Alexandria to "shop" and eat lunch at the Hot Shoppes. Our childhood was filled with many adventures sledding, riding our bikes, and walking in the woods. Nancy was a marvelous friend and I hope her family will find comfort in her well lived life.

I loved working with Nancy and all our adventures; dinner, plays and trips. She had a kind heart and was a wonderful person, always looking out for others. I will miss her laugh. She was an
amazing friend. Nancy will be missed so and is loved.

I worked with Nancy for many years at GBGH and she was always one of my most favorite friends there. She will be greatly missed by many and fondly remembered as a sweet, loving, caring and talented woman.

Nancy was a lovely as well as fun person. She was a great friend...never said an unkind word about anyone. Her laugh was infectious. She taught us all how to beautify our yards...always offering the perfect suggestions to give our homes the prettiest appeal. Nancy brought much wisdom and insight to our book club discussions...she was an avid reader...always looking for a 'good' book. Nancy welcomed and opened her home to all of her son, Kris's friends. She was loved by all. Her vitality was inspiring. She certainly will be missed. She is out of pain and in the arms of God. All who knew her loved her.
