Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday September 4th from 4-6 PM.

Funeral services will be privately held at the Wiltwyck Community Mausoleum.

Nancy E. Williams, 75, of the Town of Ulster died Saturday August 30, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving daughters. She was born October 6, 1949 in Kingston a daughter of the late Warren and Rose (DeCicco) Arace.

After graduating high school, Nancy was employed at IBM before retiring to raise her family.

Surviving are her three daughters Laurie Fay, Jami Mumley and her husband Rich, and Kristi Dugan and her fiancé Alonzo Davis. Grandchildren Mackenzi Dugan and Kevin Matthew Dugan, a sister Carol Silk of Kingston. Nieces Carly Silk and Diane Boger and a nephew William Williams, many other family members, as well as her canine companion Teddy also survive.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband of fifty four years James "Jim" Williams and her brother in law Steve Silk.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hudson Valley Hospice.
