Nancy Beatriz Wing

Nancy Beatriz Wing, 57 of Cross Junction, VA, peacefully passed away at her home on Monday, June 17, 2024, after a graceful, year-long battle with endometrial, brain, and liver cancer.
Nancy was born in Pico Truncado, Argentina, the daughter of Maria Audolina Quiroz and the late Julio Barrientos. She graduated with her master's degree from the Universidad del Salvador in Argentina. Nancy was a member of The Priory of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Charles Town, WV.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 30 years, Kelly Shawn Wing, whom she married on January 8, 1994; sons, Augustine Wing, Dominic Wing; daughters, Phoebe Arevalo (Noah), Josie Wing, and Mary Wing; sisters, Edith Riquelme de López Cubelli (Norberto) and Jennifer Tatiana Klenner.
A traditional Catholic Mass and burial will be held for Nancy on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 11am at The Priory of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Charles Town, WV. Interment will be at 3pm in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Winchester, VA. All are welcome to attend. The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed at: https://www.youtube.com/@thecrnj/streams.
The family is grateful for the many blessings and loving care of the oncology nurses at Winchester Medical Center and those of Blue Ridge Hospice Care.
Nancy enjoyed the simple things in life: morning sunrises, gardening, baking and cooking homemade meals, walks in her woods, homeschooling her children, bird watching, quiet moments next to the woodstove, hearing and seeing newborn babies, reading about the lives of the Saints, and saying her Daily Office. She particularly loved worshipping Our Lord Jesus Christ during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the Traditional Latin form, as well visiting Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament during quiet Adoration. She devoted many hours a day in prayer for all those in need, as well as religious sisters, traditional orders, priests, deacons, bishops, cardinals, and the Holy Father.
Nancy was an inspirational, devoted, and loving mother and wife who will be deeply missed. Her husband Kelly thanks everyone for their prayers during her illness.
