Narvie Lee Stacey

Mr. Narvie Lee Stacey, 91, passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 2nd, 2024, while at home with his family.
Mr. Stacey was born in Monroeville, AL, a son of the late Edward Mose & Mitte Mae Manning Stacey. Lee worked with PET Milk and later owned and operated Stacey Sporting Goods in Marion, SC. Mr. Stacey was a United States Veteran, who served in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean War.
Survivors include his children: Michael (Sue) Stacey of Leesville, SC, Denny (Beverly) Stacey of Lamar, SC, and Scott (Rachel) Stacey of Hartsville, SC; girlfriend, Melanie Easterling of Hartsville, SC; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shelba Jean "Jackie" Thompson Stacey; siblings: Mack Stacey, Byron Stacey, Dennis Stacey, Grace Barlow, Oscar Stacey, Dr. Otto Stacey, Ferramae Stabler, Ed Stacey, Rob Stacey, and Dr. George Stacey.
His memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 on Friday afternoon, January 5th, 2024, from the Hartsville Chapel of Norton Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Veverlyn Watson-Smith officiating. The family will be speaking with friends following the service at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at a future date in Richardson Cemetery of Marion, SC.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Stacey requested that memorials be made to ALS Association at PO Box 37022 Boone, IA 50037-0022.
