Nasir Tennyson

Nasir Tennyson, affectionately known as *Nani* departed this life on June 06, 2024. He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.Nasir was born November 25, 1984, to Mother Valerie at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He joined church and was baptized at an early age. He attended Quality Day Care, Bancroft Elementary School and Westport High School in Kansas City, Missouri. He had several occupations including Beatty Lawn Care, Ford Motor Company and Austen Dooley Home Health Care. Nasir had a passion for helping others. He was a talented roller-skater and a founding member of Triple Threat Skate Crew. He was an avid model car collector, enjoyed driving *old school* cars and loved all things Kansas City. Nasir was proceeded in death by grandfather Melvin M Tennyson, mother Valerie Beatty and son NaMarcus Tennyson. He leaves to mourn his passing; Grandmother Thelma T. Talley; Father Carleton Beatty; Siblings CJ, Denisha and Emmanuel Beatty; Children Nevaeh, Nasia, Rayna, Serenity, Jasir, M*Lauri and Naelana; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
