Nataly Lizbeth Martinez, 21, of Charlotte, NC passed away on February 1, 2024.
Nataly was born in Bellflower, CA on June 26, 2002 to Jorge Martinez and the late Maria Teresa Rodriguez.
Along with her mother, Nataly is preceded in death by her brother-in-law Chris Renteria.
She is survived by her father Jorge Alberto Martinez and his wife Mirna Martinez, her brother Jonathan Martinez, her sister Sarah Martinez, her children Lila and Kahlani, Orlando and Dora Renteria, Sarai Renteria, her grandparents Jorge Martinez and Morena Martinez.
Nataly was a very smart and artistic person. Like her mother, she enjoyed going to antique shops and finding decorations for her room. She had a very goofy personality and could never walk into a room quietly. She'd either have a weird walk while entering of start speaking in a random accent. Nataly brought so much joy. She also liked doing tattoos. She'd practice on artificial skin. Her drawings were awesome. She often used her artwork to create tributes for her mother. Nataly drew an idea she had for a tattoo and gave it to her tattoo artist to do. It was a cactus plant with her mother's middle name on it. Nataly shared so many similarities with her mother especially their artistic sides and love for antiques. Now that Nataly has passed away, she gets to be up there with her mommy. We know in our hearts they are together right now, finally being able to bond. Nataly and Maria, we love you. May you both forever remain in our hearts.
The family will honor Nataly with a public viewing on Friday February 9, 2024 at 9am with Celebration of Life to follow at 10am (16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC. 28078). Burial will be at Rutherford Memorial Park ( 325 Amber Ct SW, Concord, NC 28025) following the Celebration of Life.
