Nathan was born June 29, 1991 to Renae (Kaufman) Wentz. He graduated from East Dubuque High School and was currently employed by the Hodan Center. Nathan was a gamer and also enjoyed spending time with family.
Nathan is survived by his parents, Renae and Ken Wentz, sisters Amber and Amanda, brothers, Andrew and Tyler, grandmother Carol Wentz and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
