Nathan Diaz passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 40, after a courageous four-year battle with pancreatic cancer. Though his body grew weak, his faith and love never did. Nathan now rests in the arms of Jesus, whom he trusted with his whole heart.

He is deeply loved and will be dearly missed by his wife, Barbie, and their four children, Jaysen, Marvelys, Naleydi, and Liam. He is also survived by his mother, Yolanda, and his siblings, Janice, Jonathan, and Xiomara.

Nathan loved deeply and was truly loved in return. His life was marked by humility, strength, and unwavering devotion to his family and faith. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. We will reconvene Friday, July 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM for a 10:45 AM prayer service. All services to be held at CityLights Church 6425 W. Grand Ave., Chicago.
