Nathan Daniel Heiberg

Nathan Daniel Heiberg, 42, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025.

Nathan was born March 31, 1983, and he passed away at the age of 42. He was a loving and caring father to his two beautiful kids including his partner. He loved sports and liked to play hockey when he was a young boy. He also enjoyed hunting. 

Nathan was raised in a Christian faith and he loved his entire family more than anything in life. Despite life’s challenges, Nate kept his faith in Christ. He was a hands on father to his special daughter, Avery, and son, Hayden, and performed a mother-father duty at home. 

Nathan was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Haugrud, and paternal and maternal grandparents. He will be missed by his father, Daniel Heiberg; step-mom, Marichu Heiberg; brother, Cole Heiberg; children, Hayden and Avery Heiberg; his partner, Sheylin Natividad; and many more relatives and friends. 

Visitation will start from 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning followed by funeral service at 11:00 which will be held at Wright Funeral Homes located at 605 Second Ave. South Moorhead, MN 56560. Interment, Moorhead Memorial Gardens. A livestream of the service will be found here on his webpage.
