Neal Raymond Buchite

Neal Raymond Buchite, age 76 of Nisswa died on December 27, 2023 at his home. He was born on October 17, 1947 in Crosby to Hugh and Eulrlie "Lillian" (Chenevert) Buchite. He was a retired employee of Grandview Lodge in Nisswa with 25 years of service.
Neal is survived by four sons, Brian (Suzy) Buchite of Brainerd, Tim (Linda) Buchite of Barrett, Neal "Chip" (Adel) Buchite Jr. of Emily and Randy (Amy) Buchite of Brainerd; five daughters, Lisa (Bob) Portz of Crosby, Malissa (Randy) Herbote of Brainerd, Shelly (Tom) Hice of Fort Ripley, Mary Buchite (Amos Pigg) of Garrison and Angela (Ralph) Nordick of Crosby; mother of his eight children, Carol West of Brainerd; two brothers, Harvey (Arlene) Buchite of San Benito, TX and Allen (Carol) Buchite of Fifty Lakes; one sister, Ardith Buchite of Fifty Lakes; 42 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren.
Preceding Neal in death are his parents; wife Cheryl Buchite; six brothers, Hugh Jr., Alfred, Morris, Willard "Wink", Michael, and Ronnie Buchite; and granddaughter, Monica Buchite.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the Koop Funeral Home and on Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily.
