Marjorie J. Lesch, nee Gessner, of West Bend died on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Froedtert West Bend Hospital at the age of 70 years. She was born January 6, 1955 in West Bend to George and Barbara (nee Meyer) Gessner.
As a life long resident of the West Bend area, she attended local schools. One of her accomplishments included winning the state spelling bee competition. She then went on to graduate from West Bend West High School with the Class of 1973.
She worked at various places in West Bend, including West Bend Company, Amity Leather Products and most recently Fidelity Information Services (FIS Global).
Her interest in knowledge always brought on a new challenge. From board games to crafts, trivia to puzzles, she excelled at everything she did.
Above all else, family was what she cherished the most.
Survivors include 2 sons: Joseph and Nathan (Margaret); brothers and sisters: Robert (Terri) Gessner, Mark Ferencevich, Michael (Kelly) Ferencevich, Matthew Ferencevich, Kathie (Tom) Zehren, Helen (Dan) Banchero, Mitchell (Melissa) Ferencevich; step-mother Connie Gessner; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by 1 son Andy, her parents Barbara and Mark Ferencevich, her father George Gessner and 1 brother Charles "Chuck" Gessner.
At Marge's request, no services will be held.
The family would like to extend a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the nurses in ICU at Froedtert West Bend Hospital for their care, compassion and support.
