The family will be present on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 from 2-6 PM at Ruggiero & Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services - 732 Yonkers Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday, September 22nd, 2025 at Saint Ann's Church (Chapel on Midland Avenue) - 854 Midland Avenue- Yonkers, New York 10704. Following the Mass, Neil will be laid to rest with his family at Saint Mary's Cemetery, 114 Sprain Road- Yonkers, New York 10710.
