Neil Wilson Little, 82, of Hatton went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2008, with his family at his side.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 22, 2008, from noon to 2 p.m. at Hatton Church of Christ, Town Creek. The funeral service for Neil will follow at 2 p.m. Bro. Chris Miller and Larry Crumpton will officiate. Burial will follow in Furgeson Cemetery. Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Edith Fretwell Little. Also by brothers, Ray, Howard and Noel Little; and sisters, May Little Sandlin and Mildred Little Roberts.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Doris Crumpton Little; son, Ronnie Little (Angie) of Hatton; son, Donnie Little (Tena) of Hatton; daughter, Shelia Little of Hatton; daughter, Benita Key (Dwight) of Moulton; son, Doug Little (Dawn) of Hatton; sister-in-law, Faye West Little of Hatton; and niece, Teresa Little Wade (Kevin) of Cherokee. Grandchildren, Whitney Little (fiance, Jordan Posey), Hallie Little Hulsey (Brad), Nakita Little, Heath Terry (Devina), Cynthia Key Early (Jerry), Lisa Key Jones (Tom), Jon Key (Jamie), Chad (fiancee, Lindsey Mardis) and Casey and Dylan Little; and great-grandchildren, Cotton Hulsey, Sarah Early, Taylor and Kayla Jones and Harley and Hayden Key.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Heath Terry, Chad, Casey and Dylan Little, and brothers-in-law, Murrel and Mike Crumpton.
Honorary pallbearers will be brothers-in-law, Jimmy and Joe Crumpton.
The Little family would like to thank Blue Water Hospice for the loving care given to Neil, Hatton Church of Christ, Town Creek, and to the many friends for their prayers, visits and acts of kindness.
