Neil Boyd Strange, 72, of Inman, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Born in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, on September 21, 1951, he was the son of the late Leroy Strange and Vera Estelle Israel Strange and was the husband of Diann Collins Strange.
Neil served in the United States Army during Vietnam, retired from Michelin US3 after 37 years. He lived his life as a servant with his most favorite time being spent working with the Carolina Miracle League and The BS Lions Club.
To his two angels on earth John Owens and Nam Van Tran we give endless love, appreciation and respect.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by one daughter, Whitney Strange of Arlington, Texas; two sisters, Sandra Weathers (James) of Boiling Springs, South Carolina and Vikki Varn of Spartanburg, South Carolina; two brothers, Joe Strange of Atlanta, Georgia and Glenn Strange (Donna) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina along with many nephews and nieces that he loved dearly.
A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
