Neil Timothy Woolley, 62, of Blairs Mills, passed away January 17, 2025 in his Tell Township home following an illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy C. Cisney, in March, 2022.
Born June 16, 1962, he was a son of the late Junior Cleveland and Imogene Audrey (Ware) Resh and the adopted son of Phyllis Helen Woolley of New Jersey and the late James Woolley. Neil attended school in Huntingdon. For many years he provided homecare for his late wife until her passing.
Neil was an avid bowler and from his youth enjoyed bowling at Holiday Bowl in Huntingdon. Some of his other favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing and NASCAR. Watching a Steelers game and spending time with family brought him much joy.
Surviving is a daughter, Nena T. Clark (Justin) of Statesville, NC and a son, Nathan T. Woolley (Stephanie) of Orbisonia, 3 grandchildren, Carson, Cooper and Rilla. Also surviving are 2 brothers, John Wallace Resh of Florida and Clinton Resh of New Orleans and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Dulik of Granbury, TX. He was preceded in death by brothers, Jordan, Ronald and Steven Resh and an infant sister, Betty Jane Resh.
Arrangements are private. The family asked, should anyone wish to make a contribution in memory of Neil to assist the family, that it be sent to Agett-Lakjer Funeral Home, PO Box 179, Spring Run, PA 17262 www.agettlakjer.com

Neil will be missed, he had a sense of humor and could make you laugh. I knew Neil and his wife Nancy and was glad to know them both. Deepest sympathy to the family, God Bless.
