Neley Romilda Roberts

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother,
Millie Roberts, age 81, of Cullman Al. The Lord, Our god, unexpectedly called her
home on February 13, 2026 at 7:16 am. Those of us left behind are just
devastated.
Millie was born on August 11 th , 1944. She was a devoted and faithful member of
Mission Grove Baptist Church. Her life was marked by her unwavering faith,
generous spirit, and commitment to her church and family. She found great joy in
gardening, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her loved ones. Millie was
known for her warm heart and welcoming nature, she never met a stranger and
brought light and kindness into every room she entered.
She is proceeded in death, by her mother and father, Christine and Lloyd Corbin,
her brothers, John, Jeston, and Junior Corbin, son (in-law) Lee Hailes.
Millie is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ray Roberts, her children, Regina
Hailes (Lee), Lynn Hood (Billy), Darrell Roberts (Joanne); her grandchildren,
Nathan, Shailyn, Daniel, Kaylee, Nicholas, Jeff, Cory, Blake; nine great-
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her
brother Warren Corbin (Diane), and her sister Gay Riddle (James).
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 pm on March 8, 2026, at Mission
Grove Baptist Church, located on Shaffer Road in Cullman, Al. Family and friends
are invited to attend and share memories as they honor and celebrate Millie's life
and legacy.
