Nell Murphy Obituary
Nell was born September 3, 1943, in Augusta, Georgia to the late Henry and Mary Gay Wynn, Sr. and had made North Augusta, South Carolina her home for the past 30 years. She retired from the State of Georgia after 30 years of service as a Social Worker. Nell was an animal lover, especially Poodles, and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She will be remembered for her good sense of humor and unconditional love for her children, grand-children and most recently a great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Wynn Whitfield and a brother, Charles Wynn. Surviving members of the family left to cherish her memory include her sons, Robert (Amy) Whitfield and Kirk Leopard; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; a brother, Henry (Cheryl) Wynn and a sister, Nina James, nephews Mike & John James and niece Alice Wynn & nephew Henry Wynn lll.
