Nellie Vereene Obituary
Walk through viewing will be Friday April 2, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mitchell Sea Missionary Baptist Church, Green Sea, SC.
Funeral services will be held on lawn in front of the Club 15 Building located at 111 Jarvis Street, Tabor City, NC Saturday April 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
Burial will follow in the Columbus County Singing Union Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
Surviving to cherish her memories are her husband, Rev. Tonie Vereene, daughters: Jackie Vereene, Sylvia Vereene, Marchell Gause, grandchildren Tonise (Travis) Hemingway, Nicholas (Oquilla) Vereene. Shuanessa Vereene and Jeremy Curry, great-grandchildren Makayla Hemingway and Karson Vereene, brothers: Douglas (Carolyn) Gause, Johnny (Sylvia) Gause, Lester Gause and Rudy Toomer, sisters: Magdalene (Gene) Lofton, Loumina Vereen, Eunice (Earnest) Boyd-Ishman.
Mask are required at the viewing and funeral per governors' order.
