Neomi Webber Obituary
Neomi M. Webber of Council Bluffs, Ia., passed away peacefully, Saturday, October 12, surrounded by family. Neomi was born May 1, 1933, to John and Florence Massie of Persia, Iowa. She attended Persia High School, where she played for the girls basketball team. She graduated from Stewart School of Hairstyling in 1970 and worked as a hair stylist for many years. She held other positions in the subsequent years, but worked as an in home Health Aid for the elderly until she retired in 1995.
She is preceded in death by parents John and Florence Massie, 12 brothers and sisters and 2 beloved grandsons.
She is survived by 1 brother, Jerry (Angie) Massie of Downey, Ca., 1 Sister, Joyce (Harry) Acrea of Murietta, Ca. Daughters; Andrea (Steve)Yeoman of Council Bluffs, Ia., Monica Scoular of Papillion, Ne., Jeanette (Bernie) DiMauro of Papillion, Ne., Debra (Harry) Conrad of Hardy, Arkansas, Nancy (Steve) Salvo of Johnston, Ia., 10 Grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren as well.
An informal Visitation/Memorial service will be held at Hoy- Kilnoski Funeral Home on Thursday, October 17th, from 4-6 pm with a prayer service at 5:30 pm. All are welcome. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
