Today, our hearts are broken as we all mourn the loss of our beloved sister, Nerissa. Her bright light and big heart left us too soon, but we will remember her warmth, and love.
Nerissa Persaud, age 39, laid her crown at the Lord's feet February 8, 2024. Nerissa was the oldest daughter of Richardo Persaud and Theresa Persaud, born December 2, 1984.
Nerissa aka Rissa was a hardworking and loyal individual. Always there when you needed her. Her impact extended far beyond our family circle, reaching into the lives of all those fortunate enough to have known her.
She brought joy and light to every room she entered, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her. she graced the world with her infectious positivity and vibrant spirit. leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Throughout her life, Nerissa touched the hearts of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering optimism. Her warm smile and compassionate nature endeared her to everyone she met, making her a cherished friend and beloved family member.
Leaving to cherish her memories is her mom, Theresa; children, Angel and Keante; granddaughter, Aaliyah. She also is survived by her siblings, Errol (Mylene), Rico (Amy), and Tommy (Jackie); her nephews and nieces, Christian, Gabrielle, Jacob, Zoe, Chloe, Gerald, Gabriella, and Caleb; and a host of family members, friends and loved ones.
Although Nerissa's physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the memories of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
