Nick was born in Newport News on August 9, 1995. He lived his entire life in Hampton at our house on Wilderness Rd. We had many nicknames for him including Nicholas Ridiculous and Nicholas Karl Boeselli.

He graduated in the top 10% of his class at Kecoughtan High School in 2014. He graduated in 4 years with honors from George Mason University in 2018 as an IT major. He held a job at Huntington Ingalls as a Designer 3. He loved computers and game design. He was trying to design his own video game with animation and all the associated graphics. He was truly a savant with endless knowledge of many topics. He was a history buff and could tell you anything you wanted to know about politics. His knowledge was accurate and vast beyond belief. Half the time in school, the teachers would sit down and let him talk to the class. They felt he almost knew more than they did! He left such an impression on teachers/staff from the Mary Peake Gifted Center; all of them have expressed their disbelief of what could happen to a student who literally changed their lives.

Nicholas is remembered fondly by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving parents, Brenda and Thomas Boesel, and his brother, Nathan Boesel. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose and Louis Bellone, and Lorraine and Francis Boesel.

We hold these friends dear to our hearts – Betsy McAllister, Heidi Brezinski, Andrea Riddick, Melissa Twisdale and Alice Adams. Special thanks to Laura Shaw and John Perkins who stood by Nick all through Junior & High School. His family, friends and acquaintances loved him so dearly, just one of those people you never will forget.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later time, where those who knew and loved Nicholas will gather to honor his memory and celebrate the impact he had on their lives.
