Nicholas Scott Clayton

Nicholas Scott Clayton, 20 of Rockville, MD passed away suddenly in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 1, 2012 as a result of injuries received in a fatal motor vehicle accident. He was born May 14, 1991 in Takoma Park, MD. Nick was preceded in death by his mother Kathleen Walter and brother, Mathew Walter. He is survived by his father Kenneth Clayton, grandmother Melva Gannt, grandfather Alton Donaldson, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Nick loved sports and was an avid Redskins fan. His other interests included music, video games and spending time with his friends. He loved animals, was known for his wonderful sense of humor and his devotion to family and friends. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Shrine of St. Jude Catholic Church located at 12701 Veirs Mill Road in Rockville, MD on Friday, January 13, 2012 with Father Blake Evans as celebrant. The family will receive friends at a viewing one hour prior to the 11 AM service at the church. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Rockville, MD.
