I am so sorry to hear that Nick has passed. What a talented artist he was. I have been gone from Hightstown for more than 20 years but he was the type of person who leaves an impression on a person´s life. I can remember Nick coming around, showing us the gorgeous desert tray he´d created at Jim´s Country Diner, tempting us all to skip right to desert! He was also a wonderful hair stylist. Always giving the most stylish doos. I send my condolences and love to his family and friends.

By accident my husband and I stumbled soon this obituary and were shocked and saddened. My husband saw Nick several months ago and they spoke. Nick ALWAYS had a joke ready and we always left laughing! He once said to my husband "come here look at this one in my car!" It was a Big Adorable bull dog!
If it was Nick´s boy, (not sure if he was dog sitting) I hope he stays in Nicks circle and we pray Nick is telling jokes and looking down with a smile

God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
For over two decades, Nick was the most caring, thoughtful, and helpful neighbor. He had me taste his cooking and baking. He made me laugh with his jokes. He was the only hair stylest who would and could cut my hair the way I wanted. I will miss him for all his kindness. May God hold him in the Palm of his Hand.

Dear Nicky,
So many years of knowing you, caring, and tremendous friendship and neighborly displays of value and reliability, back and forth. Truly the finest definition of genuine, mutual caring, and so many proofs, evidence, data. We shall miss you, and remember you forever. This Nicky mattered, and will remain ever present in our hearts, and in our memories. xxxooo Bill and Judie

Ohhhhmy goodness, I'm so sorry to be reading this obituary. Nick, for many years, was my magician; the man who could make my hair look terrific!! He was a character for sure but, had a great big heart. I will always think of him fondly and, I hope that he is resting easy!
