Nicholas James Al Everhart, age 40, of Maple Grove, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026 in Robbinsdale. Nick was born on January 16th, 1986 in Edina, Minnesota to Les and MaryEllen Everhart. He graduated from Osseo Senior High in 2004. Nick worked the family business in high school and continued working for Everhart Delivery and Trucking with his Dad.
Nick’s next family business was the coffee shop and café industry. He loved to cook so this was a great way for him to create unique dishes and coffee drinks to serve his guests. Mountain Mudd Espresso and The Grind Coffee & Creamery created some of Nick’s most cherished moments.
Nick was known for his quiet, calm personality. He had an infectious laugh, and a great smile. Nick loved Ninja Turtles, The Goofy Movie, Britney Spears, his Camaro and a variety of cooking shows.
He was a beloved son, father, uncle, and sibling who cherished the time spent with family and friends.
Nick was particularly passionate about his daughter EllaRose. She was the light of his life. Nick was very proud of her, she was his shining star. He loved his cats Jimbo and Kat. He dedicated much of time the last few years to them.
Nick is survived by his daughter EllaRose, his parents Les and MaryEllen Everhart, his sister Nicole Field (Presley and Louka), his sister Natalie Everhart (Cobey Bullock), and many other wonderful family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Nick’s warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He had a unique ability to make everyone feel welcome and loved, and his presence will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Funeral Services Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11 am at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 3450 Irving Avenue, South, Minneapolis. Visitation Sunday (3/22) from 2-5 pm with Greek Trisagio Service at 3 pm at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Avenue, Anoka. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
