Nicholas Fornaro Obituary
Nichloas R. Fornaro, of West Nyack, New York passed away on August 12, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones while listening to Frank Sinatra at the Joe Raso Hospice House. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to Felix and Margaret Fornaro on June 11, 1942.
Nicholas was a retired banker and dedicated his life to always being there for his family and friends. He honorably served his Country in the United States Military.
Nicholas was the beloved life partner to the love of his life Carole J. Killerlane, a loving father to Nicholas and Dorothy Fornaro, a second father to James J. Killerlane III, Christina Killerlane and Michael Budnick, a Grandfather to Anthony Fornaro, a Pop-Pop and best buddy to Jax Budnick, a loving brother to Adelaide and Matthew DiGiorgi, and a loving Uncle to Lynn and FranManning and their daughters Allie, Lizzie, and Jennieand to Jean Steck, and her sons Kyle and Michael.
He will forever be remembered as a truly loving man who was always there to help all.
Visitation will be Wednesday 4-7 at Source Funeral Home. Funeral Mass is Thursday at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church.

Nick was the Fair Lawn Lions Club's President from 1999 -2001 and again from 2013 - 2015. He was awarded the Melvin Jones honor in 2015.
Nick volunteered for everything from awarding school scholarships, to maintaining the Lions street signs throughout town, to cleaning Camp Marcella.
He will always be remembered.
