Nichole L. Martin, 42, of Staley Road, Morrisonville, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 25, 1983, the daughter of Alan Nephew and Gail Deno.
Nichole enjoyed going to concerts, gardening, caring for her flowers and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her father Alan Nephew, the father of her children; Danny Martin and her grandparents; Gervis and Sylvia Macey and Arthur and June Nephew and her cousin Dean "DJ" Nephew.
Nichole is survived by her mother and step father: Gail and Brian Deno, her children; Hailey Martin and her companion Austin Rabideau, Lacey Martin and her companion Liam Christensen, her companion Jesse Mashtare and his children; Jeslynn, Kendra and Adaline Mashtare, her step siblings; Jesse and Matt Deno, several aunts, uncles and cousin also survive her.
The family would like everyone to dress in tye-dye or hippie related clothes for Nichole during her reception.
Calling hours will be held on Friday October 10, 2025 from 11:00am to 1:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery at a later date.
