Nicole Baker

Nicole Rene Baker was born on July 31,1972, in Honolulu, Hawaii to proud parents Loren and Gayle (Long) Wilkinson. We unexpectedly lost Nicole on February 6, 2023, after a short battle with cancer.
Nicole was a "Navy brat" who experienced living in Honolulu, Hawaii, San Diego, California, Oak Harbor, Washington, Beaverton, Oregon and Sacramento, California. She married her husband Brian in 2004 and moved to Dayton, Nevada where they started their family. In 2011 they decided to settle in Plano, Texas.
Nicole will be fondly remembered as fun loving with quick wit, sarcasm, and an infectious smile. She was passionate about her children Landon (17) and Carson (14). She was a sports mom and loved nothing more than watching her boys play baseball, football and basketball; you could count on her being the loudest mom in the stands. She enjoyed family vacations and spending time by the water whether it be an ocean, lake, river, or pool.
Nicole is survived by her loving husband Brian Baker; sons Landon and Carson Baker; father Loren Wilkinson and his wife Jennifer; sister-in-law Pam Baker; grandparents to Landon and Carson Coby and Debbie Denton. She was preceded in death by her mother Gayle Wilkinson and brother Shawn Wilkinson.
There will be a memorial service held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Allen Family Funeral Options with Pastor Benton Hall officiating.
There will be a reception to follow the service.
