He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jyotsna Nilkanth Patel; his two children and their spouses; Avkash (Sunita) and Akshar (Aradhna); and his grandchildren Anisha, Navin, Alisha, Leela, Jaya, and Sachin. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses; Ghanshyam (Bharti), Kirit (Veena), Narendra (Rohini), and Hansa (Rajshekar). He is preceded in death by his father Thakorbhai Manibhai Patel and mother Kantaben Thakorbhai Patel.
Shanti Sabha will be held at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir on Tuesday, April 4th from 8-9pm. Funeral services will be held at Fremont Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 7th at 1:30pm. If you would like to watch the services virtually, the funeral webcast can be found.
