Nilsa I. Vazquez

Nilsa I. Vazquez, 67, of Bloomfield passed away on October 28, 2025. Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she traveled to Queens, NY, in 1972 and later lived in Passaic and Clifton before settling in Bloomfield. Nilsa worked as a fabric cutter for St. Mary's Hospital, Passaic, for 18 years. A devoted parishioner of Springs of Life Church, Clifton, she enjoyed arts and crafts and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife for almost 30 years of George Evans. Devoted mother of Victor Poupart and his wife Carla and Daniel Poupart and his wife Marisela and Carlos Poupart and his wife Gina. Cherished grandmother of Mariah, Hailey, Victor, Victoria and Issac. Loving sister of Dora, Eileen, Carlos and Jr. (Arcadio).

Memorial Service Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Spring of Life Church, 165 Vernon Ave., Clifton, at 5PM. Cremation was private.

Nilsa I. Vázquez, de 67 años y residente de Bloomfield, falleció el 28 de octubre de 2025. Nacida en Arecibo, Puerto Rico, se mudó a Queens, Nueva York, en 1972 y vivió en Passaic y Clifton antes de establecerse en Bloomfield. Nilsa trabajó como cortadora de telas en el Hospital St. Mary's de Passaic durante 18 años. Fue una feligresa devota de la Iglesia Manantial De Vida en Clifton, disfrutaba de las manualidades y le encantaba pasar tiempo con sus nietos.

Amada esposa de George Evans durante casi 30 años. Madre devota de Víctor Poupart y su esposa Carla, Daniel Poupart y su esposa Marisela, y Carlos Poupart y su esposa Gina. Querida abuela de Mariah, Hailey, Víctor, Victoria e Isaac. Hermana cariñosa de Dora, Eileen, Carlos y Jr (Arcadio).

Servicio Conmemorativo el sábado 1 de noviembre de 2025 en la Iglesia Manantial De Vida, 165 Vernon Ave., Clifton, a las 5 PM. La cremación fue privada.
