Nina Elsa Talgo

Nina Elsa Webber Talgo, longtime resident of Mamaroneck, NY, passed away in Sandy, Utah on July 25, 2025, at age 94. She was born December 13,1930 to H.C. Webber and Virgina Showers Webber. Nina was married to the love of her life Eugene "Chick" Talgo for 62 years until his passing in 2016.
She specialized in education, working in the Westchester County School system and became a well-known Guidance Counselor at White Plains High School for many years. She was a long-time member of Orienta Beach Club where she enjoyed playing tennis, paddle tennis and bridge. Nina was an avid golfer and loved the outdoors.
She leaves behind her cherished children, Jon, Kristen (Susan), Brian (Cindy), Mark (Pamela) and Lauren Speare (John). She is also the loving grandmother of Kirsten, Erin, Kristen, Carter, Aidan, Tyler, Carly, Avery, Ryan and Ellarie Talgo and Tony, Jenna, and Kate Speare. She is also a great grandmother to nine great grandchildren. Nina is the last of seven siblings.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date in the future.
