Nina J. Wagner

Nina J. Wagner, 89, of Lewistown, was peacefully welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior at 4:53 a.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Born on February 13, 1936, in Lewistown, Nina was the daughter of the late Percy and Esther (Huffnagle) Sausman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Lee Wagner, Sr.; her son, Daniel Wagner; her sister, Frances Martin; and her daughter-in-law, Lori Wagner. Nina leaves behind her loving children, David Wagner, Jr., Cathy Yohn, and Douglas Wagner, all of Lewistown, along with numerous cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy. A devoted member of New Life Church in Burnham, Nina faithfully served her church family for many years, lovingly preparing countless community and funeral meals. She had a true love for crocheting and delighted in creating handmade pieces, but more than anything, she cherished the time spent with her adoring family. A celebration of Nina's life with a meal will be held at noon on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at New Life Church, 101 N. Beech Street, Burnham, Pennsylvania, in the café-a place that held special meaning to Nina. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nina's memory may be made to New Life Church, 101 N.
