He was a dedicated husband, loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was welcomed to his forever home by his parents, grandparents and older brother Bill. He is survived by his beloved children, Chris and Catrina, his loving partner, Nancy and her children, his grandchildren, Whit, Bryson and Layla, his younger brother, Jeff, as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
Noel lived life his way as a Marine, train engineer, Harley rider, and the life of the party. He was hard-working, determined, stubborn, independent and loved his family and community very much.
