Nora P. Melton

Nora P. Melton, age 39, passed away on November 14, 2025. Nora was an extraordinary artist and a dedicated animal educator as "Nora the Explorer" whose creativity and compassion touched countless lives. Her paintings of beloved pets captured the deep bond between animals and their families, and her artwork was proudly displayed at the Cleveland Aquarium.
Beyond her artistic talent, Nora shared her love for animals through engaging presentations at local libraries, schools, and children's birthday parties. Her ability to educate and inspire others fostered a lifelong appreciation for animals in children of all ages.
Nora is survived by her father, Steve, sisters Kristen(Adam) and Katelyn, and brothers Aaron(Leah) and Taylor. She very much loved her many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Katie, and her beloved brothers Ryan, Adam, and Kurt. She is also survived by cherished aunts, uncles, and many cousins who will forever hold her memory.
