I just found out and am very saddened by the news. Tico and I were in a relationship and even though we went our separate ways, I loved him a lot. I am grateful for the time we were able to share together, for the laughter and the love. My heart is broken again and we know how we felt about each other. Sending my condolences to his family and know that Tico will be forever missed and loved.

I enjoyed working with Norberto at PA DOT. He was a good worker and fun to be around. I knew him as Tico (not sure of the spelling).

Please accept my deepest sympathies. It has been years since I've seen or spoke with Nub, but he was always such a nice guy.

Just want to thank you for always having a smile on your face when you would see me and the kind words. I would be having the worse day and you would always call me beautiful when you would see me. R.I.P. till we see each other again.
