Norberto Deltoro Obituary

Norberto Deltoro, 47, Lebanon, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was born in San German, PR on October 30, 1968, son of Luisa Rivera Cruz, San German, PR and the late Ramon Deltoro. Norberto was a graduate of Lebanon High School. He was an US Marine Corp. Veteran of the Kuwait War. He was employed by PennDot in the maintenance department. He enjoyed working on cars, the Washington Redskins and spending time with his son. In addition to his Mother, Norberto is survived by sons Anthony Lanz; Lucas Deltoro and grandson Brandon; all of Lebanon. Funeral services will be held in Puerto Rico with interment in Trujillo Cemetery, San German, PR.

I just found out and am very saddened by the news. Tico and I were in a relationship and even though we went our separate ways, I loved him a lot. I am grateful for the time we were able to share together, for the laughter and the love. My heart is broken again and we know how we felt about each other. Sending my condolences to his family and know that Tico will be forever missed and loved.

I enjoyed working with Norberto at PA DOT. He was a good worker and fun to be around. I knew him as Tico (not sure of the spelling).
