Norberto "Beto" Velez was born September 19, 1964 in Bakersfield, CA and entered into eternal rest December 28, 2024. Norberto is joined in eternity by his parents Liborio S. & Juanita Velez, His sibilings Nancy, Nelson Velez and his Beautiful Daughter Jessica Juanita Velez. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, His children Leslie, Sabrina, Norberto Jr., Ruben, Stephanie, Ebony Velez and Janessa Provencio and grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday January 31, 2025 from 2:00pm - 5:00pm at Basham Funeral Care 3312 Niles St. following a Private celebration of life Hosted By Stephanie Nicole Velez.

My most sincerest condolences to all of his children and to his brother Taly and sister Daisy. I have so many memories running through my mind some making me laugh others making me cry but that is a part of him I get to keep. I know now my cuzn /friend is resting he has no more sorrow, sadness, loneliness no more pain. Rest now Beto I will miss you and never forget you Mangau...
