Noreen Decker Busdicker

Born Cleveland, OH July 11, 1944, died Edina, MN December 10, 2025, quickly and with her son by her side, after wholeheartedly and valiantly battling neuroendocrine cancer for nearly three years. She is survived by her siblings, Karen, Jim, Kathy, and Dan; son, Neal, whom she loved "beyond redemption"; her beloved daughter-in-law Annaka; her favorite granddaughter and grandson, Ava and Sam, whose brief time with their NorNor will certainly not mark the end of her influence on them; and, Oliver Winston, her final canine companion. Noreen was a learned woman with a voracious appetite for expanding her knowledge well beyond what any degree could have ever conveyed. Noreen was genuinely unique, never short of witticisms, and rarely lacked reservation about sharing her thoughts. She was the rock behind which we sought shelter as the storms of life took their toll, and our deep-set anchor in this universe. Even as disease took its toll, Noreen was the consummate mother concerned only for her family. Her love, laughter, and mere presence will be greatly missed. Noreen's favorite prayer was simply, "Thank You." Our prayer is, "Thank You for Noreen."
