Norm W. Dickman, age 84, of Delaware and formerly of Marion, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Willow Brook Christian Home following a recent decline in health. Service times and dates will be announced in the coming week or two. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Snyder Funeral Center in Delaware.
