Norma Dawson Obituary
Norma Lee Dawson-Age 83 went home to her Lord and Savior Sept.11, 2025 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Catlettsburg, Ky. July 27, 1942. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Helen (Castle) Abrams, son Gary Watkins, brother Don Abrams, sister Mary and Joe Watkins, Sr.
Survivors include sons Joe (Mindy) Watkins, Larry (Robin) Watkins, daughter Lil Brown, grandchildren Laura Watkins, Craig (Dana) Watkins, Paula (Austin) Baker, Christina Watkins, Robert Rowland, Gary (Tonya) Watkins, Jr., Stephanie Curry and special friend Elsie. Also, many beloved great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Norma loved animals, especially her beloved little dog Tico, planting flowers, her baby dolls and working jig saw puzzles. She will be dearly missed, and her cherished memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Special thanks to niece Linda Bubnikovich for her countless hours and love she showed throughout Norma's illness and also special thanks to Echo Hospice and the staff at Park West Nursing Home!
Visitation Friday, September 19, 2025 from 10:30am until the time of Funeral Service at 12:30pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
