Norma L. Ferraer, 92, of Knob Noster, died Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at her home. Memorial services will be Friday, June 27, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel in Sedalia, with Deacon Arvol Bartok officiating. Inurnment will be in the Knob Noster Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Show-Me Christian Youth Home in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. Born November 19, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late George H. and Alfreda Salecki Tonchak. On August 16, 1953 in Roselle, New Jersey, she married Jack Ferraer, and he preceded her in death on August 5, 2013. She is survived by a son, Raymond John Ferraer and his wife Dee of Warrensburg; a daughter, Vicky Ann Brant and her husband Phillip of Knob Noster; four grandchildren, Jennifer Brant Silk and her husband Dustin, Jeremy Brant and his wife Tina, Kelly Ferraer Gleason, and Alyssa Alpers and her husband Kaleb; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Ruth Zenie and her husband John of Branford, Connecticut; and a niece, Sharon Bracken and her husband John of Ridgefield, Connecticut. She was preceded in death by a son, Thomas George Ferraer. Mrs. Ferraer was a member, Eucharistic Minister, and collection counter of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. Patrick Chapel. She was a 1951 graduate of Abraham Clark High School in New Jersey. She was a bookkeeper most of her life, working at the Whiteman Credit Union, and Warrensburg Mental Health Clinic.
