Norma Jean Goree

Norma Goree, 53, passed away July 11th, 2022 peacefully in her sleep. She entered her eternal rest after a courageous battle with pancreatitis.
Norma was born on March 20, 1969 in Haskell, OK to Leon and Justine (Barnes) Goree.
Norma graduated from Sand Springs High School. She was a devout mother, always willing to be there for her kids in any way, shape, or form they needed her. She enjoyed social gatherings with loved ones, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. She was always willing to offer a helping hand if needed.
Norma was a devout Christian woman. She enjoyed being a caretaker to many individuals. She helped many of her family and friends, whether it was financially, emotionally, or any way possible.
She was preceded in death by her father: Leon Goree; her sister, Donna Goree; her brother, Leroy Goree.
Norma leaves many loving memories with her family, mother Justine Goree; daughter Brashia Goree; daughter-in-law Dakotah Reid; brother Samuel Trimiar; mother Sonya Hamilton-Long; father D. Eddie Hamilton; son Brittan Goree; brother Mark Goree; sister Rhonda Kay Goree; sister Lavon Jordan; sister London Goree; sister Brittany Boatman; along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.
Norma was a loyal and supportive friend to all who knew her.
Celebration of Life will be held 3:00 PM July 15, 2022 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel, 719 East 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma with Scott Gordon officiating.
