Mrs. Norma Haralson Hessler, of LaGrange, was called to Heaven on August 31, 2025. She was born in LaGrange on October 8, 1936, to the late Jesse Haralson, Sr. and Mary Lily Huey Haralson.

From her younger years, she loved singing both in the church choir and solos at local community churches.

Upon graduating from Lagrange High School, she began working at the Callaway General Office. There she worked as a Stenographer, VariTyper, and Secretary. She was on the team that produced the weekly Beacon Newsletters which showcased the Callaway Employee's life events & occasions.

Norma's passion and dedication for her husband, the late Robert Hessler, taught her family unconditional love. Her daughters and granddaughters were her greatest joy.

Throughout her life, she selflessly showed unconditional love to family and all those around her in amazing ways.

The remarkable strength, faith, and trust in God that she exemplified, is and will continue to be a gift and legacy to her family & friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hessler is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert Henry Hessler; her siblings, Dorothy Haralson Cloward and Buddy Jesse Haralson, Jr.

Norma is survived by her daughters, Susan Hessler-Lowe and Patti Hessler-Davis; her granddaughters, Alyssa Davis and Alyson Davis; her 5 nieces and nephews; & other extended family.

Visitation will be at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter-Allen-Myhand on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM with a Chapel Service at 2:00 PM.

A private immediate-family Committal Service will be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
