Norma Louise Johnson (Antle), 80, of D’Iberville, Mississippi, passed away on Thanksgiving Day morning, Thursday, November 27, 2025. Norma was born on August 11, 1945, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Guy Lee and Ruth Elnora (King) Antle. She loved and cared for D’Iberville.
She had a deep love and passion for crafts and decorating and even had a special craft room dedicated to her projects. She shared her talents by decorating for the D’Iberville Moose Lodge #332 for the Mardi Gras balls, Christmas and New Year’s parties, and the Woman’s and Men’s Shows. She was a loyal member of the Women of Moose Lodge Chapter 528 for over 40 years, where she helped organize yearly blood drives after 9/11. Norma was also very active in volunteer work throughout her life. She worked with programs supporting domestic violence awareness and the shelters, the NCO Wives Club, and the American Red Cross. One of her greatest accomplishments was being the first group providing help in New York after 9/11.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, SFC Loyd Earl Johnson, a retired member of the United States Army; and her daughter, Crystel Mable Ann Smith.
She is survived by her son, Randolph Guy Kaipo Goodness (Bernadette); daughters, Dunice Louise Johnson Welch (Greg), Teresa Jackson-Johnson, and Treini Joris Johnson; along with eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm on Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
Norma will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and the many years she spent helping others in her community.
Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Norma Louise Johnson.
