Together they were lifetime members of the Gulf Coast Camellia Society. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and shrimping, and also loved RV life. He was a longtime resident of the Sunkist community on N. Shore Street. Kenneth was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Edward Bounds and Mabel Herrin Bounds; his brothers, Thomas Bounds and Raymond Bounds; and his wife, Helen Attaya Bounds. Kenneth is survived by his sister, Betty Jo Dahnke of Destin, Florida; and his nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and staff of the Biloxi VA for the excellent care provided during his final years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or the National Association of Atomic Veterans (NAAV).
